As an Acquisition Associate at Oro Capital, Ben sources, underwrites, and performs due diligence for acquisitions. Since joining Oro Capital in the summer of 2021, Ben has played a key role in the acquisition of over $160M totaling over 1K multifamily units. Additionally, Ben monitors business and financial operations/performance, and capital projects at existing properties. Ben plays a central role in shaping Oro Capitals acquisition strategies and the success of assets under management.
Prior to joining Oro Capital, Ben was a multifamily sales agent in Los Angeles. He studied at the University of California, Los Angeles while being a member of the football team, and graduated with a BS in Political Science.
